Four people have been charged with aggravated theft.

These individuals are suspected of being members of a highly active criminal organization in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region. Last February, the criminals are said to have broken into several stores.

On May 12, four people were charged with aggravated theft. They are suspected of committing dozens of crimes in the last few months.

The criminals are said to be members of an itinerant criminal gang based in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. The suspects allegedly carried out several raids in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region on the nights of February 3 and 5.

Cars are stolen in the departments of Var, Vaucluse, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, and Bouches-du-Rhone to commit break-ins in tobacco and optical shops, as well as from individuals.

Several weapons discovered

Investigators from the Marseille-Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur research section and the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence gendarmerie group formed a working group under the supervision of the prosecution of the judicial court of Draguignan to find the perpetrators of these crimes.

Four people were detаined in remаnd centers throughout the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.
