Thyme is a part of the visual and olfactory environment in the Alpes de Haute-Provence, and it is used in the composition of a number of Distilleries et Domaines de Provence products, including Farigoule, in Forcalquier. Every year at flowering time, the entire team leaves the offices to lend a hand and thus participate in the raw material harvest just a few kilometers from the distillery, according to direction Pierrerue with this report by Laurie Charrié.
